POWER COMMUNION SERVICE – 2023 THE GLORY IS RISEN FAST – DAY 17 – WEDNESDAY, 25TH JANUARY 2023
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): PROVERBS 29:18

MESSAGE TOPIC: THE NECESSITY AND PROFIT OF VISION (3)

By: Dr Paul Enenche
SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding why it is necessary, profitable and valuable to live with vision
Vision is necessary for both the quality and durability of life

WHAT IS THE NECESSITY AND PROFITABILITY OF VISION?

11. Vision brings wisdom (Matt. 6:22; Eccl. 2:13; Dan. 5:11; Gen. 37:7; 41:39; Ps. 110:1; 2 Sam. 14:20)
Singleness of the eye is vision and light is wisdom
Wisdom equals light and foolishness equals darkness
People of vision are people of light
The area of your vision is the area of your wisdom
It is confirmed that visionlessness most times equals senselessness and aimlessness
12. Vision uncovers opportunities (1 Sam. 17:34-37, 49)
The man/woman of vision is never lacking in opportunities
Vision causes a man’s eyes to see opportunities that the ordinary eye does not see
Vision causes you to identify opportunities for the realisation of itself
Vision makes people see opportunities where others see adversity
Vision makes people see possibilities where others see impossibilities
Vision makes you see the unseeable, and hear the inaudible
All of us look but not all of us see the same thing; the difference is vision
The reason why our lives are not at the same level is because we are not seeing the same thing and hearing the same thing
Vision makes you to be on the lookout for something; and what you look out for determines what you locate
Vision makes you to be on the lookout for something; and what you look out for determines what you locate
What does not cross your heart may not cross your eyes or your life
If you know what to do and you know what you want, how to go about it will begin to open up
13. Vision facilitates answered prayers (Eph. 3:20TLB,NIV; Prov. 4:23; Joel 2:28; Isa. 65:24; Neh. 2:3-5; 1 Sam. 1:13)
God does not only answer the words of our mouth, He also answers the thoughts of our hearts
If you can imagine it, God can emerge it
If it is not too big for your mind to think, it will not be too big for your God to give
The imagination of your heart matters to God; you may not always have time pray but God will always see the thoughts of your heart
God communicates in visions so He can receive communication from you through visions
Never maintain an empty heart; always move about with a loaded heart, a heart filled with something qualitative
There are two speakings – the mouth speaks and the heart speaks; the mouth speaks words,
the heart speaks thoughts/vision, and God hears both
When the speech of your heart merges with the speech of your mouth, the two of them become formidable
Many times, the things we want God to do, if only we can articulate it well, there are prayers that are answered before you pray.
14. Vision guarantees preservation (Prov. 29:18; Deut. 30:19)
The person of vision is preserved by his/her vision
How far you see may be a determinant of how long you may live
Those who don’t see far hardly live long; what you see determines what you seize;if you can see the future, you can seize that future.
When you can see the future, you are not permitted to end in the present
Those who see the ultimate overcome the immediate
If you can see there, no devil can kill you here!
15. Vision guarantees destination (Hab. 2:2-3; Gen. 12:5)
Where you face determines where you end; you can’t face forward and end backward
Anywhere your vision stops there your motion stops; the end of your vision has become the place of your destination
To go beyond where you are you must see beyond where you are
Refuse to exist with an empty heart
