TOPIC: THE ANOINTING – A KEY TO POTENTIALS RELEASE
SCRIPTURE: And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
1Samuel 10:10
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Great potential with little expression is a function of minimal oil.
Our anchor scripture reveals that possibilities are limitless in a man when the Anointing of God comes on him.
Every major manifestation in Scripture was a product of the unction or the anointing of God. Our Master, Jesus Christ only fulfilled His destiny and Ministry after an encounter with the Anointing at the water of River Jordan when the Heavens opened. The Holy Ghost descended bodily like a dove on Him and He was impacted, imparted and empowered unto Ministry (Matthew 3:16-17, Acts 10:38)
There was a time in my life that if I held a microphone to sing, the only thing you would do was to laugh because there was nothing beautiful about the voice. In fact, it was a matter of shifting keys; unpleasantly moving from one key to another, nevertheless, worship was inside of me.
Today, the story is different; many songs have been released, and they are making massive impact by God’s mercies, all by virtue of the Anointing.
Beloved, the unction puts your potential under pressure for manifestation. When the anointing of God is on your life, what you carry on your inside is put under pressure to come out. If there is an apostolic grace, prophetic grace, pastoral grace, teaching grace, evangelistic grace, administrative grace, financial apostleship grace or a leadership grace that is upon your life, the anointing pulls it out.
The meaning of that is the level of potential you are releasing now is a function of the level of anointing you carry. If the unction increases, the potential will increase in manifestation. Great potential with little expression is a function of minimal Oil. Maybe inside you the potential is great, but somehow the expression is little, and you are wondering, “Why is this so?” The truth is, living below capacity is a function of little Oil; it is a function of little grace.
Beloved, if you want to move to a higher level of manifestation, you need to move to a higher level of Oil.
Remember this: Great potential with little expression is a function of minimal oil.
ASSIGNMENT (S):
1. Spend time with God at the place of prayer, study of the Word and deep worship, to acquire more of the Anointing.
- Pray in the Spirit abundantly.

Make demands on God for the release of your potentials.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You anoint me with fresh Oil. Help me to deploy all the potentials You have deposited in me to the glory of Your Name, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
