TOPIC: TRANSLOCATED BY THE POWER OF GOD

Adversity will always bow to Divine authority.

SCRIPTURE: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Adversity will always bow to Divine authority.

Previously, we saw that the power to tread means the power to walk in mastery and in victory over the enemy and his forces. It is the power to be victorious over deception, danger, disease and death.

By the grace of God, we have seen some measure of this Power of God at work in our midst as a church. We have seen situations where people who were to be deceived and manipulated, were able to find out the planned deceptions and manipulations. We have also seen situations where people walked out of danger, disease and death by the Power of God, notwithstanding the antics of the devil.

Now, let me illustrate this with one practical testimony of a sister in church.

Some time ago, this sister was travelling to Lagos (Nigeria) with other passengers in a vehicle. It was supposed to be a long trip by road. But somewhere around Ore in Ondo state, they were accosted by kidnappers. They were all taken into a thick forest. Then, this lady sat on the ground and began to sing a song titled, “You Are Always There To Help”. Now, by His grace, this is one of the songs received and written by me. The sister said that her eyes were closed as she sang this song. But when she opened her eyes, miraculously, she found herself sitting by the expressway behind a military checkpoint. Thus she was “translocated”, transported and “trans-spirited” from danger and death to life and safety by the Power of God. What a mystery! Adversity will always bow to Divine authority.

Beloved, I decree that you also shall tread upon the enemy in Jesus’ Name.

Remember this: Adversity will always bow to Divine authority.

1. Make up your mind to maintain Divine Presence always in order to connect the Power of God.

2. Exercise your full control and dominion over the enemy as a child of God.

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for the power You have given me as Your child. I receive the grace to remain in Your Presence always in order to manifest this power, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
