SCRIPTURE: And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and everything that is in the earth shall die. But with thee will I establish my covenant; Genesis 6:17-18
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: There is always a difference between the children of God and the people of the world.
Our anchor scripture reveals how God exempted and distinguished Noah and his family from the rest of the world before the flood.
Our anchor scripture says:
…everything that is in the earth shall die. But…
Everyone is about to be wiped out…BUT…! Everyone may be suffering calamity and poverty, BUT…! Everyone in your family may not be able to have gone anywhere in life, BUT…! There may be scarcity and shortage and they say ministries do not succeed where you are, BUT…! They said people in your family do not marry on time, BUT…! They said when people reach a certain age they die before their time, BUT…!
Beloved, your case is different; you are operating under a different climate.
As it was with Noah where everyone else had disfavour with God but he, in the same manner, you are exempted from every generational calamity, ancestral epidemic, locality plague, contagious frustration in your territory in Jesus’ Name. The devil can do anything he wants but not with you! That is how the exemption works.
This exemption and distinction plan of God is as old as Noah. This is what you will like to know: the flood was sinking people; but Noah was sailing on that same flood. The flood took him to the mountain of Ararat where the ark finally landed. Everyone sank and died, but he was lifted up to the mountain.
Beloved, when men say they are cast down, you shall say, there is a lifting up (Job 22:29). There is always a difference between the children of God and the people of the world.
Today, I decree that what is affecting the world negatively cannot see you. You are exempted, in Jesus’ Name.
Remember this: There is always a difference between the children of God and the people of the world.

1. As a child of God, see yourself different from the rest of the world.
2. Refuse to be afraid of what affects others.
3. Maintain your covenant practices, and maintain your conviction and consciousness of supernatural exemption.
PRAYER: Lord, I am Yours forever. Thank You for shielding me from what is hurting the world. I am untouchable because You are my shield, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
