TOPIC:CREATED TO FULFIL GOD’S PURPOSE

 

The worst form of failure on earth is not the failure to make money. It is not even the failure to pass an examination; neither is it the failure to get married nor the failure to get a child. The worst form of failure on earth is the failure to become who and what you were created by God to be.

SCRIPTURE: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:5

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The worst form of failure on earth is the failure to become who and what you were created by God to be. 

We serve a God of plan and purpose. He is a God of objectivity and deliberate intention. God has a plan and a purpose for everyone He created. He did not create anyone on earth without a purpose.  He did not create anyone to be wasted in life. This means, no one was created by God to be irrelevant and to be a failure on earth. 

Now, the worst form of failure on earth is not the failure to make money. It is not even the failure to pass an examination; neither is it the failure to get married nor the failure to get a child. The worst form of failure on earth is the failure to become who and what you were created by God to be. 

In the same manner, the worst form of loss, after the loss of life, is the loss of destiny. The worst form of wastage is the wastage of destiny. It is a colossal and monumental loss for one to realize at the end of one’s life on earth that one has lived a wasted life.

Therefore, my counsel is, discover your purpose and fulfil it. And if you are already on course for the fulfilment of purpose, grow in that fulfilment.

Remember this: The worst form of failure on earth is the failure to become who and what you were created by God to be.

1. Go to God at the place of prayer to discover God’s purpose for your life.

2. Make up your mind to grow in the fulfilment of God’s purpose for your life.

PRAYER: O Lord, I thank You for creating me for Your purpose. I ask that You reveal Your plan and purpose for my life. I receive the grace to fulfil it Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
